Ben Elmy is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and operations management in the utilities sector. Currently serving as Smart Meter Manager at UK Power Networks since February 2012, Ben has held multiple roles including Product Manager for Low Carbon Readiness and Customer Care, Plans and Recovery Manager, overseeing a team of approximately 60 members dedicated to enhancing customer experience for over 8 million customers. Prior to UK Power Networks, Ben owned and operated DBM Servers, a bespoke Home Media Server company, from January 2013 to April 2017.
