Sarah Taylor

Sarah Taylor is currently a People Partner focused on Learning, Careers, and Development at UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UKSBS), where responsibilities include partnering with leadership to develop and implement people strategies and support tactical planning. Prior to UKSBS, Sarah served as a People and Culture Partner and Change Manager at WSP in the UK, where efforts centered on promoting an inclusive culture within a 1,600-person organization and driving the successful delivery of a discipline growth strategy.
