Amber Luzar

Amber Luzar has a diverse and impressive work experience in the field of sports analysis and performance. Amber started their career at Brunel University, where they obtained a BSc in Sports Science and an MSc in Human Performance. Following their education, Amber joined Wycombe Wanderers FC as a Sports Scientist, focusing on areas such as strength and conditioning, nutritional support, physiological testing, and video analysis.

Amber then moved on to Reading Football Club, where they worked as a Performance Analyst. In this role, they provided live match day coding, pre and post-match analysis, and detailed videos and statistical reports of the opposition. Amber also conducted feedback sessions for coaching staff and players.

Amber's expertise led their to be appointed as the Head of Performance Analysis at England and GB Hockey. Prior to assuming this position, they worked as a Performance Analyst for England and GB Hockey. Amber was responsible for performance analysis and provided valuable insights to the teams.

Currently, Amber holds the position of Data and Insight Lead at England & GB Hockey at the UK Sports Institute. Amber'sresponsibilities include utilizing data to provide insights and strategies for England & GB Hockey teams. Amber is also the Performance Analysis Technical Lead, managing the technical aspects of performance analysis.
