Emma Murphy

Emma Murphy possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at the UK Sports Institute since February 2004. This role involves providing generalist HR support to over 400 staff across the UK, including guidance on performance management, recruitment, payroll, pensions, and benefits, alongside the development of policies and procedures. Emma is also an accredited workplace mediator. Prior to this position, Emma taught English Language and Western Culture at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics from July 2003 to February 2004. Emma holds a PgDip in Human Resource Management from The University of Salford and a BSc in Geology and Classical Studies from Keele University.
