Cheryl Lomax is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer care and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Care at UK TOTE GROUP since November 2019, Cheryl previously held the position of Project Manager at Betfred from July 2012 to November 2019, where Cheryl demonstrated expertise as a qualified Prince2 Practitioner. Additionally, Cheryl has extensive experience in call center operations, having worked as Call Centre Manager at Tote from January 2004 to July 2012 and as Head of Call Centre Operations at Betfred. Known for ambition and a passionate approach to team development, Cheryl Lomax consistently strives for excellence in all endeavors.
