Sharon Wilson McIpd

Sharon Wilson MCIPD serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at UK TOTE GROUP since December 2021, bringing extensive experience in developing HR strategies, performance management, and employee relations. Previously, Sharon held the position of Senior HR/ER Specialist at Betfred, overseeing employee relations and internal investigations. With a long tenure at Tesco from 1994 to 2018, Sharon progressed through various HR managerial roles, leading HR policy development and organizational change initiatives across multiple stores. Sharon's significant achievements include implementing attendance management policies, successfully managing TUPE processes, and fostering strong relationships with trade unions. Sharon holds a Level 7 CIPD in Human Resources Management from Liverpool John Moores University and a Level 5 CIPD from City of Liverpool College.
