David Watts

David Watts is an experienced director with a robust background in operational management and leadership within the charity sector and outdoor learning environments. Since April 2013, David has served as the Director of Outdoor Learning and Director of Operations at UK Youth, where responsibilities include governance, HR, quality assurance, and strategic planning. David also oversees the Avon Tyrrell Outdoor Activity Centre, focusing on providing high-quality experiences for young people while ensuring sustainable business practices. Prior to this, David held various operational and management roles at UK Youth and had a successful military career that honed essential leadership and management skills. David's educational background includes studies at South Downs College Havant.
