Kayleigh Wainwright is an accomplished professional in youth engagement and advocacy, currently serving as the Strategic Change Lead and Director of Youth Sector Innovation at UK Youth since August 2016. Kayleigh has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Director of Collective Action and Head of Engagement & Advocacy. Previous experience includes serving as Participation Manager at Ambitious about Autism and Senior Schools Co-ordinator at vInspired, where responsibilities included designing and managing national programs that promote volunteering and social action in educational settings. Additionally, Kayleigh worked as NCS Senior Youth Worker at Bolton Lads and Girls Club, successfully exceeding recruitment targets for the National Citizen Service Programme. Kayleigh's early career involved roles in youth project management and volunteer development, supported by a BA (Hons) in Youth and Community Development from the University of Cumbria.
