Laura Badley is currently the Chief Operating Officer at UK Youth. Prior to this role, Laura held various positions in the healthcare sector, including Director Of Operations at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Interim Managing Director at Princess Royal University Hospital. With experience in managing divisions and directorates, Laura is responsible for overseeing operational and strategic delivery, budget management, service improvement programs, and governance structures. Additionally, Laura has a background in marketing management and project leadership. Laura holds a BA Hons in English from the University of Southampton.
