Alexey Lipchanskiy

Alexey Lipchanskiy is a seasoned .NET Developer currently with UKAD, a tech partner for Umbraco, Optimizely, and Azure, since May 2022. Prior to this role, Alexey served as a Software Developer at Inetra and held positions as a System Architect at DeskAlerts and FIS Group, where significant contributions were made to financial software solutions. As CTO at ARTA Software LTD, Alexey led the production department, focusing on project management, prototype development, and team building, while also introducing iterative development and automated testing. Previous roles include Head of Engineering Division at IT Research Center, working on major e-government projects, and Head of IT Department at Densaulyk, developing software for medical data management. Alexey holds an Engineer's degree in Radio Engineering from M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan State University, earned between 1994 and 1999.
