Ben McDermott

Ben McDermott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partnerships and business development. Currently serving as Partnerships Director at both UKAI and Chamber UK since March 2025, Ben previously held key roles at the Confederation of British Industry as Senior Associate Director and Head of the CBI Economics and Leadership Programme Sales from April 2023 to March 2025. Prior to that, Ben was a Senior Manager in Digital Consulting at Celonis and held various business development positions at EY, including Pursuit Leader and Client Relationship Manager. Ben's earlier career includes roles at Veolia Water and Grangewood School, along with an educational background in Environmental Management from the University of Birmingham.
