Mike Hiscott has a diverse work experience in the field of illustration and graphic design. Mike started their career in 2009 as a Freelance Illustrator at Hitgrab Inc, where they created art resources for various games. Mike then joined BDA Entertainment in 2010 as an Illustrator and Graphic Designer, where they worked on projects including character designs and animation. In 2011, Mike joined Hitgrab Inc again as an Illustrator, focusing on character design for Facebook social titles. In 2013, they became self-employed as an Illustrator, working on multiple projects. Finally, in 2016, Mike joined Uken Games as an Artist, responsible for creating promotional materials for display partners. Their work includes storyboards, advertisements, app icons, store screenshots, and copywriting.
Mike Hiscott obtained their Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Illustration (Interpretive) from Sheridan College between 2005 and 2009. In 2004 and 2005, they also completed a Diploma in Art Fundamentals at the same institution. Returning to education in 2014, Mike attended Nova Scotia Community College - NSCC for two years, studying Graphic Design from 2014 to 2016.
