Alexandra Arbelaez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partner success and channel sales, currently serving as Senior Director of Partner Success at UKG since March 2005. Over the years at UKG, Alexandra has held various titles, including Director of Partner Success and Director of Partner Sales, focusing on nurturing relationships, prospecting new channel opportunities, and demonstrating core system functionality. Prior to UKG, Alexandra worked as an Independent Consultant for Rodan + Fields and as an Account Relations Representative at Canon USA, where responsibilities included operational support, data analysis, and marketing program coordination. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University, obtained in 2004.
