Amy Chamberlain

Amy Chamberlain, SPHR, SHRM-CP, is an executive partner and leader in human capital management and technology, currently serving as a Principal Executive Relationship Manager at UKG, where they manage enterprise-level accounts. Previously, Amy held key roles including Director of Human Resource Account Management at StratEx Partners and Director of Global Human Resources at sbe Group, overseeing HR initiatives across multiple regions. With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, Amy has built a career focused on strategic growth and solution-oriented human resource solutions. They have also contributed to the New York City SHRM as a board member and vice president of membership from 2017 to 2023.
