Carolyn Rooney

Carolyn Rooney currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CPO at UKG, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Carolyn was with Inovalon from February 2022 to July 2025, holding titles such as AVP of Talent and Employee Experience and Senior Director of Talent Management & Development, with a focus on fostering Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). Previously, Carolyn worked at The Madison Square Garden Company as Senior Director and Director of Leadership and Talent Development, where DEIB initiatives were also a priority. Carolyn's experience extends to CA Technologies, where various roles involved talent development and defining requirements related to DEIB. Additionally, Carolyn has served as a Board Member for IT Survey Group. Academic achievements include a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and completion of an Executive, Leadership & Management Coaching program at Erickson Coaching International.
