Casey Wright

Casey Wright is a highly experienced Lead User Experience Researcher currently at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) since August 2020, previously serving as a Senior User Experience Researcher at the same company from May 2016 to August 2020. Prior to UKG, Casey worked at Ultimate Software and TechSmith Corporation as a Senior User Experience Researcher and User Experience Researcher, respectively, from May 2007 to May 2016. Casey began a career in usability and accessibility as a Usability Specialist and Graduate Research Assistant at the Michigan State University Usability & Accessibility Center from January 2004 to May 2007. Additionally, an Interaction Design Internship at TechSmith Corporation took place in the summer of 2006. Educationally, Casey holds a Master of the Arts in Digital Rhetoric & Professional Writing from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of the Arts in English from the same institution. Education also includes attendance at Escanaba High School, culminating in a diploma in 2001.
