Danny Capo is an accomplished professional with over 23 years of experience in the human capital management and learning design sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) since August 2020, Danny plays a pivotal role in aligning organizational goals with a focus on people. Prior to UKG, Danny spent two decades at Ultimate Software, progressing through various roles such as Manager of Learning Design and Team Lead of Knowledge Services. Educationally, Danny holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both obtained from Florida International University.
