Darren Cho is a seasoned product executive with a robust background in driving product innovation and growth across the technology and payroll sectors. As the Sr. Director of Product and Head of SMB Payroll at UKG since July 2024, Darren leads strategic initiatives in payroll solutions. Previously, at DailyPay, Inc., as VP of Product, Darren established a new products organization, successfully launching three products that generated $25 million in annual recurring revenue within two years, contributing to the company's unicorn valuation.
