Desmond Jacas possesses extensive experience in customer success and technical support within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as VP of Customer Success at UKG, Desmond has previously held the position of Sr. Director of Product Support at both UKG and Kronos Incorporated. Additionally, Desmond's background includes a role as Sr. Director of Technical Support at Hologic, Inc. and leadership positions in global customer training and care at Aspen Technology, Inc., including Vice President of Technology Enablement and Vice President of Global Customer Care. Desmond earned a Master of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
