Elizabeth Zoeller

Elizabeth Zoeller has a diverse background in project management and learning program management, currently serving as a Sr. Learning Program Manager at UKG since July 2020. In this role, Elizabeth engages in readiness meetings for new product features, coordinates knowledge transfer activities with the Product team, and collaborates with stakeholders to meet business requirements. Prior to UKG, Elizabeth held multiple project management positions at Kronos Incorporated, overseeing the implementation of Kronos software for manufacturing clients and managing project scopes, timelines, and budgets. Elizabeth's earlier experience includes roles at Digital Corps and various internships focused on communications, marketing research, and analytics. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Ball State University and is pursuing an MBA in Organizational Leadership at the University of Indianapolis.
