Jacki Leonard is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Global Head of HR Programs & Experience at UKG since August 2022. Jacki's role focuses on developing global strategies and managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, candidate experience, and workforce integration. Prior experience includes positions at Aptera Motors as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, and leading talent acquisition strategies at Workday and Stripe. Jacki has a solid foundation in operational excellence and talent management, having also worked at BENJAMIN LEONARD Talent Partners, LinkedIn, WorkforceLogic, and Volt Workforce Solutions, where skills in program management, candidate experience, and strategic initiatives were honed. Jacki holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Business from Oregon State University.
