Jennifer Hanley

Jennifer Hanley serves as the Chief Communications Officer at UKG, where responsibilities include developing an integrated global communications strategy and leading internal and external communications teams. Previously, Jennifer founded Ridge Hill Group and worked as a Communications Consultant at Flagship Pioneering. As the Chief Communications Officer at Valo Health, Jennifer played a key role in raising over $450M and expanding the company significantly. Additional experience includes serving as Managing Partner at Tusk Ventures, Director of Global Communications & Corporate Engagement at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, and Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, where Jennifer oversaw communications for a division with over 30,000 employees. Early career roles include Press Secretary for Senator Hillary Clinton and Vice President at DKC. Jennifer holds a BA in Political Science and Government from American University.
