Jim Joudrey

Jim Joudrey serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at UKG where he leads the company’s global engineering and cloud organization. In this role, Jim is responsible for shaping UKG’s long-term technology vision and delivering a best-in-class SaaS and platform experience for more than 80,000 organizations worldwide.

With more than two decades of experience leading large-scale engineering and technology teams committed to delivering great user experiences for some of the world’s most respected companies, Jim previously served as Vice President of Digital Acceleration at Amazon, where he led digital ecommerce across 40+ businesses at Amazon, including Prime, Prime Video, Audible, Music, Devices and Games. Before that, Jim was Senior Vice President of Analytics Cloud Engineering at Salesforce following its Tableau acquisition, where he helped drive Tableau’s cloud transformation. Jim previously spent a decade at Amazon in roles spanning core financial systems, marketplace services, and supply chain operations, culminating in a technology leadership role in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure, responsible for engineering teams owning labor management, data center automation, security, hardware vetting, and monitoring.

Jim holds an MBA in Technology Management from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University.
