Joe Ginnetti, MBA, currently serves as a Human Resource Program Manager at UKG since January 2024, leading key technology implementations and large-scale HR projects while co-chairing the ADAPT employee resource group. Prior to UKG, Joe spent 25 years at Bose Corporation in various roles, including Business Services Program Manager, where responsibilities included managing IT relationships and transforming the Global IT Service Desk.
