Justin Cook

Justin Cook is the Chief Operating Officer for Go-to-Market at UKG, with prior experience as the Chief Operating Officer for the Americas at Cisco. Cook held the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Poppulo and served in various leadership roles at Khoros, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing solutions, product, and operational strategies. Earlier, Cook played a pivotal role in founding the Business Operations function and driving transformation plans within Khoros. Cook’s career also includes a tenure at KPMG US as a Director in Management Consulting, specializing in finance strategy and enterprise risk management for the technology sector. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Connecticut and completed the High Potential Leadership Program at Vista Equity Partners.
