Justin Elkabas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and account management. Currently serving as a GTM Board Advisor and Sr. Executive Account Manager at UKG, Justin focuses on transforming HCM/WFM automation and enhancing modern HR ecosystems for clients. As a Co-Founder and Board Member of Repnovo and Bizmoov, Justin advocates for empowering local businesses in the digital space. Additionally, Justin founded JET ATHLETIX, a fitness company dedicated to helping individuals surpass their limits. Justin's prior roles include leadership positions at Best Buy, Microsoft, Shaw Communications, and Target, where strong sales and customer service skills were consistently demonstrated. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Lionel University.
