Michael Grzegorek

Michael Grzegorek has extensive experience in sales and management, notably serving as Vice President of Benefit Services Management and Senior Director of Partner & Channel Sales at UKG from August 2020 to December 2021. Prior to UKG, Michael held the position of Director of Partner & Channel Sales at Kronos, Inc. from June 2016 to August 2020. Michael's career includes significant tenure at Identatronics, where responsibilities included managing a team of 30 salespeople across six business groups and co-managing the divestiture of a $15 million business unit following acquisition in December 2001. Michael's early roles at Kronos from 1986 to 2001 included leadership positions such as VP of National Accounts and VP of North American Dealer Operations. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Augustana College in 1982.
