Michael J. Ingram, Esq. serves as Corporate Counsel at UKG since October 2019, with responsibilities that include reviewing, negotiating, drafting, and advising on various vendor and partner contracts, particularly in the areas of SaaS agreements and technology-related agreements. Prior experience includes work on UKG's litigation team focusing on customer disputes, as well as positions as Senior Legal Intern and Legal Intern at Ultimate Software, with earlier legal internship experience at the 17th Judicial Circuit – Ft. Lauderdale. Michael’s educational background includes a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Nova Southeastern University, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Florida Atlantic University, and an Associate of Science in Economics from Broward College.
