Nathan Wagner

Nathan Wagner is a seasoned business development professional currently serving as a Senior Business Development Manager at UKG since August 2020, and as a Partner at Starting Point Capital since August 2022, where the focus lies on enabling busy professionals to achieve financial freedom through passive real estate investing. Previously, Nathan held the position of Business Development Manager at Ultimate Software from July 2015 to August 2020, applying a listener-first approach to align organizational needs with human capital management technology. Nathan's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior District Manager at ADP from January 2012 to June 2015 and as the Director of Students and Volunteers at TCC from August 2005 to December 2011. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Trinity International University, obtained between 2004 and 2008, and also studied at the University of Minnesota from 2000 to 2003.
