Nick Burton is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in customer success and relationship management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success Management at UKG since June 2022, Nick leads a team of eight in managing Mid-Market customers, focusing on building innovative infrastructure for customer retention.
