Sana Dahmen

Sana Dahmen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations research and software development. Currently serving as an Operations Research Specialist and Data Scientist at UKG since October 2020, Sana also holds the position of Java Software Developer at Kronos Incorporated since March 2017, focusing on the development of scheduling and forecasting engines for human resource management software. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship at CIRRELT, where work involved developing robust policies for transportation marketplaces, and a PhD candidacy at CIRRELT and Université Laval, focusing on workforce scheduling problems using mathematical models. Additional research contributions were made at GERAD, applying advanced optimization techniques. Sana holds a PhD in Business Administration from Université Laval, alongside multiple degrees in engineering and mathematics from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tunis and Université de Tunis.
