Sheel Sindhu Prabhakar

Sheel Sindhu Prabhakar is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Architect at UKG since January 2022, Prabhakar plays a critical role in modernizing a leading workforce management software suite, collaborating with teams across the USA, India, and Canada. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Samsung R&D Institute India spanned from June 2007 to January 2022, during which Prabhakar held various positions including General Manager of Software Engineering and Senior Chief Engineer, overseeing the development of enterprise platforms for signage and hotel TV products. Earlier roles included hands-on software development and engineering management positions at HCL Technologies, Trisoft Systems Private Limited, STG International Limited, and Prosoft Automation & Education. Prabhakar holds a Master of Information Technology degree from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Allahabad.
