Tanuka Bairagi

Tanuka Bairagi serves as Vice President of HR at UKG since April 2025, following a role as Head of HR at Cerence from May 2024 to February 2025. Previously, Tanuka held the position of Senior Director of HR at Microsoft from February 2018 to May 2024, and also worked as Senior Director of People and APAC & India Site Leader at Nuance Communications from February 2018 to July 2023. In this capacity, Tanuka facilitated a positive work environment, managed business partnering for the APAC talent base, and led various organizational transformation projects. Prior experience includes serving as Director of India HR & Global HR Technology at Sungard Availability Services from December 2013 to February 2018, where responsibilities included cultivating a high-performance culture and overseeing HR transformation initiatives. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource from Pune University, obtained between January 1999 and January 2001.
