Tatiana Thompson

Tatiana Thompson is an experienced Product Support Specialist III at UKG since May 2021, providing comprehensive support for UKG Workforce Ready/Pro software products. Responsibilities include managing client cases, troubleshooting issues, and training customers on best practices. Previously, Tatiana held the role of Product Support Specialist II at UKG and worked as an Operations Support Representative at Kiddie Academy.
