Richard McKenzie

Richard McKenzie is the current CEO of UKGI's consultancy business, providing compliance advice, HR support and learning offerings to the UK general insurance and consumer credit sectors. Prior to this role, Richard held positions such as Director of Risk & Compliance at StepChange Debt Charity, Compliance & Central Services Director at Ryan Direct Group, and Head of Compliance & Risk at Cattles PLC. Richard also has experience working at Deloitte as a Senior Manager and Internal Audit Assistant Manager, as well as at Transaction Network Services (UK) Ltd and Aviva plc. Richard holds a BA Hons. in Business Studies & Spanish from the University of Hull.
