Jeff Fisher

Jeff Fisher currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy at Ultimate Knowledge Institute since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jeff Fisher was the Joint Cyber Training Enterprise - Technical Director in the US Navy from August 2017 to December 2021, where responsibilities included being the principal military advisor to the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) Program Office and architecting the Cyber Gym, a library of hands-on training labs. Additionally, Jeff Fisher coordinated training events for the Fleet Cyber Command, achieving significant cost savings and leading the development of training content in Industrial Control Systems and Virtual City within the PCTE framework.
