The Human Resources Team at Ukiah Unified School District is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and retaining qualified staff; managing employee benefits and risk; ensuring compliance with regulations; and supporting positive employee relations. They work collaboratively to foster a supportive environment for all district personnel, enhancing the educational experience for students across Mendocino County.
