Ignacio Romero Sáenz

Ignacio Romero Sáenz has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. In 2014 and 2015, they completed internships at Hotel El Avenida Palace and Meliá Hotels International, respectively. Ignacio then worked as a Supervisor at Roca Moo, Tragaluz, a Michelin-starred restaurant, from 2015 to 2018, where they were responsible for planning and managing service activities. Ignacio also served as a Hotel Manager at Hotel El Encanto Inn from 2018 to 2019, overseeing customer services, staff management, and administration. Ignacio pursued further studies in tourism and hospitality, beginning in 2020 at OSTELEA, School of Tourism & Hospitality. Currently, Ignacio works as an Operations Coordinator at Ukio, where they manage exclusive premium apartments in Barcelona and ensures a high-quality guest experience.

Ignacio Romero Sáenz pursued an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ostelea, Tourism Management School, from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Tourism degree at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, specializing in Tourism and Hospitality, before 2020.
