After that, they joined Contaínr Affaïrs as a Project Manager for Branding & Communication, where they integrated brand strategy and spatial branding into immersive experiences.

In 2015, Marieke transitioned to the music and entertainment industry, joining LiveStyle, Inc. as a Brand Partnerships Manager. In this role, they worked on producing events and digital content, with a focus on electronic music. ★ Marieke then moved to ID&T, a pioneer in the dance industry, where they continued working as a Brand Partnerships Manager, organizing national and international events.

Marieke further expanded their expertise in brand and partnerships management at elrowFamily, an entertainment company specializing in unique and exciting music experiences. ★ Marieke then joined Airbnb as a Global Experiences Market Manager, overseeing activities led by inspiring locals.

Currently, Marieke is working at Ukio as a Senior Interior Designer, contributing to the company's mission of providing furnished and serviced apartments for medium to long-term stays. ★ Marieke also holds the position of Head of Expansion, responsible for driving the company's growth and expansion efforts.

Prior to that, Marieke obtained an Associate's Degree in Office Management from Schoevers between 2009 and 2011.
