UCU is a member-owned financial co-operative founded in 1944 to serve the Ukrainian Canadian community and is committed to providing competitive financial  products and excellent service to our members. 

UCU has 16 branches and services points in communities across Ontario from Thunder Bay to St. Catharines and from Windsor to Ottawa.

We are among the largest credit unions in Ontario. Of the 100 or so credit unions in this province we like to think of ourselves as the leading mid-sized credit union and we are THE largest credit union in Canada that operates under an ethnically-based charter in terms of number of members. Membership is however not limited to Canadians of Ukrainian descent. We count amongst our satisfied members thousands of individuals and businesses from all walks of life.

Over the decades we have come to serve the broader community of which we are a part. Yet, we still stay true to our original objectives to support the maintenance and growth of Ukrainian cultural and community life as our contribution to a strong, united and multicultural Canadian society.
