Kelly Nield is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ukrainian Federal Credit Union, holding previous titles such as Human Resources and Training Manager at the same institution. Kelly is also an Adjunct Professor in Human Resources Management at Roberts Wesleyan College and Monroe Community College. With experience as a Human Resources Consultant at Technical Systems Group, Inc. and HR Works, Inc., Kelly has a Master of Science in Education specializing in Business and Marketing from Nazareth University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Buffalo State University.
