Oleg Rybalka

Oleg Rybalka has worked as COO/Government Relations at the Ukrainian Professional Esports Association since May 2020. Prior to that, they co-founded YO'S Energy in December 2014. Additionally, they were the Executive Director at MT@K group from September 2010 to November 2014.

Oleg Rybalka pursued their education at two different institutions. From 1999 to 2003, they attended Mezhregionionalnaya Akademiya Upravleniya Personalom, where they studied an unspecified field of study. Later on, from 2007 to 2009, they attended the International Unstitute of Menegment in Kiev, Ukraine, and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
