Liza Tychinskaya has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Liza is currently working as the Acting HR Director at JSC Ukreximbank since December 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of recruitment and personnel assessment at the same company since July 2020. Before joining JSC Ukreximbank, Liza worked at JSC "State Saving Bank of Ukraine" where they held various roles including Head of Recruitment, Deputy Head of Recruitment, and Chief Recruiter from 2015 to 2020. Liza also gained experience as an HR Manager at OTP Bank in 2014. Liza's earlier work experience includes working as a Leading Specialist in recruitment at Russian Standard Bank, a Specialist in recruitment and personnel adaptation at First Ukrainian International Bank, and as a Volunteer at Swiss-Ukrainian Mother and Child Health Program. Liza started their career as a Project Assistant at AIDS Foundation "East-West" in 2010.
Liza Tychinskaya obtained their Master's degree in Psychology from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they also earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university, studying from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Liza acquired additional certifications, including one in HRevolution in February 2013 and another in Fundraising from the Swiss-Ukrainian Mother and Child Health Program in February 2012.
