Roman Sokolovskyi has a strong background in the banking industry, with various roles held in different companies. Roman started their career in 2004 as Deputy Head of Branch at Raiffeisen Bank Aval, focusing on SME and corporate clients. Roman then moved to PJSC Universal Bank, where they served as Head of the Network Support and Development Unit, managing the optimization and expansion of the bank's branch network. Roman also led the Small Business Banking Sales Division, focusing on developing sales channels and launching sales campaigns. In 2012, Roman joined Ukrainian Bank of Development as Head of the SME Lending Unit, before taking on the role of Head of SME Sales Unit at PJSC "BANK MYKHAILIVSKYI" in 2014. Currently, they are working as the Head of SME Sales Unit at JSC Ukreximbank.
Roman Sokolovskyi attended the Management & Marketing Universal Business School in 2019, where they completed the International Mini MBA Program. In 2010, they also attended the Harvard Business School for the program "Developing as a Leader". Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, they studied banking at the BANKING UNIVERSITY LVIV INSTITUTE.
