Yurii Kucher has a diverse work experience. Yurii started their career in 2004 as an Engineer-Consultant and Manager in the Measurement Instruments Department at DP "LIAG Technik Service Ukraine". In 2007, they joined JSC Ukreximbank, where they held various roles. Initially, they worked as a Leading Specialist in the Sales Channels Department of the Retail Business Division. From 2010 until their departure in 2020, Yurii served as a Senior Specialist in the E-banking Department of the Electronic Banking Services Division. Their most recent position with JSC Ukreximbank was Chief Economist in the Digital Banking Department.

Yurii Kucher's education history is as follows:

- From 2021 to 2022, Yurii attended GoIT and studied Full Stack Development.

- In 2021, Yurii also attended Beetroot Academy and obtained a degree in Front-End Development.

- From 1993 to 1999, Yurii studied at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute', where they obtained an engineering degree specializing in Instrument Engineering and Non-Destructive Testing.
