Neale Kinnear

Neale Kinnear is a seasoned expert in behavioural science with extensive experience in road safety and offender education. Currently serving as a Research & Development Associate at UKROEd since November 2023, Kinnear contributes behavioural insights for the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Behavioural Insights at Aon, and various positions at Humn, TRL, and the Transport Research Institute, Napier University, where Kinnear held responsibilities from Senior Psychologist to Head of Transport Safety. Kinnear earned a PhD from Edinburgh Napier University, focusing on novice driver psychology, and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University.
