Iryna Voitova

Iryna Voitova has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Iryna started their career as a Software Engineer at the Main Research and Design Institute of Land Management in 1991 and worked there until 1995. Iryna then joined the Territorial Medical Association Svyatoshinskiy district of Kyiv as the Head of the IT department, where they worked from 1994 to 2001.

In 2001, Iryna joined the Center of processing of money orders and international payments of Ukrposhta as the Head of the Department of Processing and Exchange of the International Postal Money Orders. Iryna was responsible for planning, coordinating, and launching the integration of the International Financial System of Universal Postal Union in the Ukrainian Post. Iryna also managed a project group comprising administrations from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan that facilitated the IFS program worldwide. Iryna held this position until 2008.

Starting from 2009, Iryna worked as the Deputy Director of Operations in the Information and Settlements Directorate of Ukrposhta. Iryna'sresponsibilities included coordinating the connection of Ukrposhta's money orders service with Eurogiro money transfer organization and managing the project group. Iryna also played a crucial role in launching the service of exchanging money orders between Ukrposhta and Eurogiro, ensuring compliance with EU requirements.

In 2012, Iryna became the Deputy Director of the Information and Settlements Directorate of Ukrposhta. Iryna led three major departments, which included the Department of postal money orders processing, the Department of financial monitoring service, and the first in-house command center of Ukrposhta. Iryna'sfocus was on financial monitoring to prevent and counteract money laundering, terrorist financing, and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. Iryna held this position until March 2017.

Since March 2017, Iryna Voitova has been working at Ukrposhta as the Head of the Department of the Processing of Money Transfers Transactions. Iryna'sresponsibilities include ensuring the efficiency of processing, strategic development, and the adoption of new financial technologies. Iryna also monitors and controls the processing of postage transfers, reduces costs, and improves the efficiency of financial operations at Ukrposhta. Leading the new strategy of technology and operations renovation is also part of their role.

Iryna Voitova completed their Master's Degree in Computer Systems and Networks from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' between 1986 and 1991. Iryna pursued further education and obtained a master's degree in Bank Management from Kyiv National Economic University Vadym Hetman from 2009 to 2012.
