Liliya Anufrieva

Liliya Anufrieva has a diverse work experience in human resources. Liliya was employed as a Head of Recruitment Unit at Ukrposhta since 2018, where they were responsible for the full cycle recruiting for middle and top positions. Liliya'srole also involved providing support to internal stakeholders, candidate management, candidate search, database management, analysis and reporting, interviewing and evaluating candidates, onboarding new employees, coaching a team of recruiters, maintaining cross-functional communication, and participating in employer branding activities and other HR projects.

Prior to Ukrposhta, Liliya worked as an HR Manager at Euroizol from 2016 to 2018, and as an HR Manager at OOO "Omega" from 2014 to 2016. Liliya also gained experience as a Personnel Manager at OOO Kepital Link-Invest in 2008, and as a Personnel Manager at TOV "Puzata Hata" from March 2008 to December 2008.

Liliya Anufrieva attended Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia from 2001 to 2006. Liliya studied foreign languages during this period, although it is unclear whether they obtained a degree.
