Serhiy Derkach

Serhiy Derkach serves as the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Ukrposhta since April 2023 and has been the Deputy Minister at the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine since February 2023. Previously, Serhiy held the position of Head of the Corruption Prevention and Detection Department at the National Agency on Corruption Prevention of Ukraine from February 2020 to January 2023, and worked as an Anti-corruption Expert/Project Manager for the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative from April 2017 to February 2020. Additionally, Serhiy was an Anti-corruption Officer at the European Union Advisory Mission Ukraine from November 2015 to April 2017. Serhiy's educational background includes a Post Graduate degree in International Law, Administrative Law, and General Law from the National Academy of Internal Affairs, and a Master's degree in Criminal Law, Administrative Law, and International Law from the Kiev Law Institute of Internal Affairs.
