Halyna Pavlyshyn

Halyna Pavlyshyn is an experienced professional in the fields of instructional design and e-learning, currently serving as the Team Leader of the Performance Appraisal & E-learning group at Ukrsibbank BNP Paribas Group since December 2017. In this role, Halyna combines hands-on work as a senior instructional designer and e-learning developer with team leadership responsibilities, focusing on innovative e-learning content creation, stakeholder communication, and the integration of personal development plans into the learning culture. Previously, Halyna contributed to the Learning & Development team as a leading e-learning developer, producing interactive courses and managing learning solutions. Prior to Ukrsibbank, Halyna worked as an Operations Officer at Unilos-Ukraine Ltd., handling administrative affairs and supplier communications. Halyna holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Law from the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine and a Specialist degree in History from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.
